Leases are on Avalon Farm or Private horses, lessons are not included in the lease fees.

2 Day Lease : allows rider to ride the same horse 2 days per week. One of the 2 days must be a lesson day. $375 per month.

3 Day Lease : allows rider to ride the same horse 3 days per week. One of the 3 days must be a lesson day. $440 per month.

4 Day Lease : same conditions as the other leases. $550 per month.

5 or 6 Day Lease : same conditions as above, rider shoudl take 2 lessons per week. $850 per month.

These fees include shoes, and all routine maintenance of the horse. Lesee is only responsible for the lease fee and the cost of lessons.
