LEASES: 

Half Leases  (effective 01/01/08)
Half-leases are a great opportunity for those interested in doing more than lessons, but aren’t quite ready to step up to ownership.  Included in the $800 monthly fee are two lessons and two hacks per week (free rides).  The leasee is not responsible for any other fees, such as board,  shoeing, or veterinary bills.  All of our lesson horses are available for half-lease.

Full Leases

Includes two lessons per week and four hacks per week. If the rider is leasing the horse for three months or more, the cost is $1100 per month, veterinary and blacksmith charges are the responsibility of the lessee and will be billed separately as needed. For a one or two month lease the cost is $1250 per month, without any veterinary or blacksmith bills. 

BOARD:  (effective 01/01/08)

At Avalon Farm, we offer quality care at a reasonable price.  Board is $850 a month (plus tax), and includes feeding, mucking, and daily turnout in our large, all grass fields.  We will also make sure your horse is always clean and comfortable, so that if you are not able to come to the barn, you can rest assured that your horse will be happy and tidy.  Come and visit our lovely facility and see for yourself what we have to offer.
